五、評(píng)估板操作
供電方式
評(píng)估板有兩種供電方式:通過(guò)J3連接9V電源或通過(guò)J1連接臺(tái)式電源。使用9V電源時(shí),需將S2置于9V位置;使用臺(tái)式電源時(shí),將S2調(diào)整到VCC位置。
工作原理
ADM1184監(jiān)測(cè)四個(gè)獨(dú)立的電壓軌,VIN1、VIN2、VIN3和VIN4引腳外部的電阻網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)置了被監(jiān)測(cè)電壓軌(3.3V、2.5V、1.8V和1.5V)的觸發(fā)點(diǎn)。輸出OUT1到OUT3僅取決于其關(guān)聯(lián)的輸入。當(dāng)VINx輸入電壓達(dá)到0.6V時(shí),經(jīng)過(guò)30μs延遲后,相應(yīng)的OUTx輸出被置位。當(dāng)所有四個(gè)被監(jiān)測(cè)電源超過(guò)其編程閾值時(shí),系統(tǒng)電源正常信號(hào)(PWRGD)被置位,該輸出有190ms的內(nèi)部延遲。如果任何一個(gè)被監(jiān)測(cè)電源低于其編程閾值,相應(yīng)的OUTx輸出和PWRGD輸出將被復(fù)位。
模擬上電序列
將四個(gè)旋轉(zhuǎn)開(kāi)關(guān)完全逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn),然后通過(guò)切換相關(guān)的專(zhuān)用開(kāi)關(guān)S1到S4將四個(gè)電壓軌上電,上電順序可以任意。黃色LED(D2、D3、D4和D5)顯示四個(gè)電壓軌的狀態(tài),綠色LED(D6、D7、D8和D9)顯示OUT1到OUT3輸出和系統(tǒng)PWRGD信號(hào)的置位情況。可以很容易觀察到電源正常信號(hào)置位的190ms延遲。
觀察故障條件
通過(guò)四個(gè)旋轉(zhuǎn)開(kāi)關(guān)VR1到VR4可以模擬故障條件。順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)旋轉(zhuǎn)開(kāi)關(guān)會(huì)降低關(guān)聯(lián)的輸入電壓。當(dāng)VINx輸入引腳的電壓低于0.6V時(shí),OUTx輸出接地,PWRGD輸出也立即復(fù)位。
