異步牽引電機(jī)起動(dòng)峰值電流抑制控制策略研究
摘 要： 針對(duì)DTC模式下異步牽引電動(dòng)機(jī)起動(dòng)峰值電流過大的問題，提出了一種抑制異步牽引電機(jī)起動(dòng)峰值電流的轉(zhuǎn)矩和磁鏈分時(shí)控制策略。根據(jù)兩相靜止 坐標(biāo)系下異步電機(jī)的數(shù)學(xué)模型，利用Matlab/Simulink軟件包中的S函數(shù)模塊和基本模塊，構(gòu)建出直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制系統(tǒng)的仿真模型，對(duì)交流異步電動(dòng)機(jī)在不同控制策略下的起動(dòng)過程進(jìn)行了動(dòng)態(tài)仿真。仿真結(jié)果與目前牽引電機(jī)運(yùn)行的數(shù)據(jù)接近，證明了該仿真模型的合理性和有效性；同時(shí)，仿真結(jié)果表明轉(zhuǎn)矩和磁鏈分時(shí)控制策略至少可以降低2/3的起動(dòng)峰值電流。

Research on Control Strategy for Suppression of Asynchronous Traction Motor Starting Peak Current

Abstract：For the problem of asynchronous traction motor starting peak over-current in the DTC system, this paper proposes torque and flux linkage time-shared control strategy for suppression of asynchronous traction motor starting peak current. According to dynamic mathematical model on αβ coordinate system of asynchronous motor，the simulation model of the DTC system is established by using S-Function and standard modules in Matlab/Simulink software package. The research on the simulation of start-up proceeding of AC asynchronous motor is carried out with the use of the model under different control strategies. Simulation results and the motor operation data at present are close, which testifies the accuracy and the effectiveness of the simulation model; At the same time, the simulation results indicate that torque and flux linkage time-shared control strategy can reduce two thirds starting peak current.
