Abstract：The TF1000ms automatic control system of blender can realize real-time intelligence auto control for fix-well working in drill well, it’s designed and developed for bad environment in oilfields. The principle and methods and system functions are introduced, it’s analyzed and tested for the system reliability and the control precision and the ability of environment. The instrument system can normally work within the scope of low temperature -40 ℃ to high 55 ℃. It have two kinds of forms, namely is “the single machinery and single pump” and “the double machinery and double pump”. The results of testing and application express that system completely satisfying the oil-field fix-well producing, and the market foreground is considerable.
