擬儀器的智能感知專家系統(tǒng)，由智能感知單元對運(yùn)行中設(shè)備狀態(tài)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測，經(jīng)無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)送入基于虛擬儀器的免編程專家系統(tǒng)，對設(shè)備實(shí)施科學(xué)的故障預(yù)報(bào)，實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)知性維修，開創(chuàng)從傳統(tǒng)的預(yù)防維護(hù)上升到預(yù)知維護(hù)的先河。
