針對(duì)多循環(huán)交變濕熱的溫濕度控制，本文介紹了一種交變濕熱控制的新方法，該方法把模糊控制和常規(guī)PID 控制結(jié)合起來，采用雙模態(tài)分段控制和補(bǔ)償解耦設(shè)計(jì)出溫濕度控制系統(tǒng)，并在西門子S7-300系列PLC 上加以實(shí)現(xiàn)。通過應(yīng)用可知，該方法對(duì)多變量、強(qiáng)耦合、大慣性對(duì)象的控制是非常有效的，具有超調(diào)小，調(diào)節(jié)迅速和上升時(shí)間短特點(diǎn)，具有很好的魯棒性。

Abstract: According to the control of the temperature and humidity multi-variable system, this paper presents a new method to control temperature and humidity. The method combines fuzzy control technology with PID algorithm and applies the two-model control method and fuzzy discoupling to design a control system of temperature and humidity and PLC S7-300 is used as the control platform. Application result shows that the control system is effect in controlling the plant with multi-variable, highly-coup ling, long-dead-time and has ideal
characteristics of small overshoot, fast regulation and short climbing time, and good robustness.
