由于在直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制中一個周期內(nèi)只能給定一個工作電壓矢量，且會產(chǎn)生周期性的偏
差，控制系統(tǒng)不能實時的給出新的控制信號，因而會產(chǎn)生較大的轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動。本文提出了一種新的減小轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動的直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制方法，在傳統(tǒng)異步電機(jī)直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制的基礎(chǔ)上推導(dǎo)出轉(zhuǎn)矩微分方程，分析了轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動的原因，根據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)速與轉(zhuǎn)矩的關(guān)系，預(yù)先判斷控制時間誤差，通過時間誤差的變化量改變轉(zhuǎn)速給定值，達(dá)到減小轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動的目的。實驗結(jié)果表明，該方法可使轉(zhuǎn)矩快速地收斂于給定值，能夠有效地減小轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動。

Abstract: in the direct torque control(DTC) systems, because a voltage vector can be given in one periodicity in the direct torque control(DTC) systems, the system will produce the large torque ripple. A new torque differential equation was deduced and the reasons for torque ripple were analyzed. The control strategy introduced the idea of torque prediction to reduce the torque ripples, and according to the relationship between the rotational speed and torque, predicting the error of control period and changing the rotational speed which have been given, It can reduce the torque ripple usefully. Experimental results show that the proposed strategy can rapidly converge on the set torque value and decrease the torque ripple effectively，and have the same dynamic performance as the conventional DTC.
