普通手段制作的社?？ò踩?、防偽性較差問(wèn)題。簡(jiǎn)要介紹社?？ㄖ谱鞯南到y(tǒng)構(gòu)成及技術(shù)難點(diǎn),主要介紹高質(zhì)量指紋圖像的提取。它由前端指紋傳感器、微處理器、指紋圖像存儲(chǔ)單元、接口單元等組成,采用圖像搜索技術(shù),通過(guò)改變指紋傳感器芯片的電容陣列參數(shù),能在1 s 內(nèi)掃描多幀指紋圖像,并自動(dòng)選擇圖像質(zhì)量最好的,保證社保卡的制作質(zhì)量。實(shí)踐證明,本方案能大大減低系統(tǒng)誤識(shí)率FAR、拒識(shí)率FRR.

　　Abstract :Man’s fingerprint can’t be duplicated ,and have the characteristics of the unique and stability. Applied in the resident’s identity testing ,it can solve the problems of safety and defense. Introduce the construct and the key technol2 ogy of Social Security Card ,especially in the high quality fingerprint image picking - up in the processing of Social Security Card. The system is composed of fingerprint sensor ,microprocessing ,fingerprint image location etc. By using the image seek technology to change the capacity array parameter of fingerprint sensor ,it can scan the fingerprint diagram of many
frames in a second ,and automatically choosing the best image to ensure the quality of the social security card. The FAR and the FRR of the system can be widely reduced in the practice.
