以橋梁模型為例， 利用鋯鈦酸鉛（PZT） 材料的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)特性， 當(dāng)對(duì)PZT 驅(qū)動(dòng)器施加一定頻率的激勵(lì)使被測(cè)構(gòu)件產(chǎn)生振動(dòng)的同時(shí)， 采集和識(shí)別PZT 傳感器信號(hào)， 即可實(shí)現(xiàn)其故障監(jiān)測(cè)。該項(xiàng)技術(shù)的關(guān)鍵是，通過(guò)計(jì)算法和試驗(yàn)法選取驅(qū)動(dòng)器的激勵(lì)頻率， 獲取正常及故障狀態(tài)時(shí)的響應(yīng)模型并建立故障識(shí)別數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)， 然后用實(shí)際系統(tǒng)和故障識(shí)別數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較， 從而確定系統(tǒng)是否發(fā)生故障及故障類別。

Abstract: Taking bridge model as an example, according to the dynamic response characteristic of lead zirconate titanate (PZT) material, the PZT actuator executed exciting signal of particular frequency to vibrate the monitored component. At the same time, the signal of PZT sensor is collected and recognized to monitor its fault. The key point of this technology is that the exciting frequency of actuator is chosen with numeration and experimentation method to get response model of normal and abnormal, and database of
fault monitoring was built. Then, the data of actual component was compared with the data of database of fault monitoring to confirm if the component is abnormal and what type of the fault is.
