可重用機床編碼技術(shù)及重構(gòu)算法研究:摘要：在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中80%的設(shè)計工作是在重用的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行的。設(shè)計重用能夠縮短產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期、降低設(shè)計成本和避免重復(fù)性錯誤。本文從可重用機床的模塊分析入手，詳細(xì)分析了可重用機床的組成模塊特征，進(jìn)而將可重用機床的模塊編碼系統(tǒng)分為模塊主碼、模塊接口特征碼和模塊圖紙管理碼三部分組成。通過計算總相似系數(shù)得到與目標(biāo)模塊最接近的模塊，給出了可重用機床模塊選擇算法的流程，并以可重用機床中的橫梁為例進(jìn)行了驗證。

Abstract: 80 percent of the design work was carried out on the reusable basis during
the product development process. Design reuse can shorten the product development
cycle, reduce design costs and avoid duplication errors. Reusable modules of the
machine tools were analysis firstly in this paper, and then the characteristics of
composition modules for the reusable machine were detailed. The module coding system
of the reusable machine was made up of three parts: the main module code, the module
interface module code and drawing management group code. The module which was found
by calculating the similarity coefficients was the nearest module to the target
module. The reusable machine module selection algorithm processes were given in this
paper, and the reusable beams in the machine as an example was validated.
