CCD 電荷耦合器件是20 世紀70 年代初發(fā)展起來的新型半導體集成光電器件，廣泛應用于工業(yè)現(xiàn)場和生產(chǎn)過程中。本文介紹了以凌陽單片機為核心，利用CCD 對動態(tài)小目標進行檢測的系統(tǒng)，著重分析了CCD 驅(qū)動及單片機對CCD 信號進行數(shù)據(jù)采集與處理系統(tǒng)。利用
CCD 技術(shù)對動態(tài)目標進行檢測，取代了以往的人工檢測，可使工作穩(wěn)定可靠，測量精度高，檢測速度快，應用方便，此方法適用于各種高靈敏、高精度的在線檢測。

Abstract：The electric charge coupled devices of CCD is a new-type semiconductor
integrated photoelectric device developed at the beginning of the seventies of the 20th century. It is widely used in the industrial fields and production procedures. LingYang Singlechip Microcompute to be the core of the system and the detecting to the small dynamic object with the CCD technology are described.It is discussed mainly about the drive circuit to the CCD and the data gathing and procession system with SCM to the CCD signal.Instead of the detecting with man’s eyes to the dynamic object,the CCD technology is more steady and trusty,high-accuracy and high-speed and facility.This method is the same with all kinds of the high-sensitivity and high-accuracy online measuring.
