01 引言
拓?fù)洳牧献鳛橐活?lèi)具有獨(dú)特量子物態(tài)性質(zhì)的特殊材料,其相關(guān)研究受到科研人員的廣泛關(guān)注和重視。尤其是在拓?fù)浣^緣體的理論預(yù)測(cè)被實(shí)驗(yàn)首次成功觀測(cè)后,拓?fù)洳牧系南嚓P(guān)研究迅速成為當(dāng)前凝聚態(tài)物理和材料等領(lǐng)域的前沿?zé)狳c(diǎn)方向。隨著微納加工技術(shù)的工藝進(jìn)步和制造設(shè)備大量普及,以及材料計(jì)算領(lǐng)域高通量的應(yīng)用,拓?fù)洳牧霞易鍙妮^早的拓?fù)浣^緣體逐步拓展到拓?fù)浒虢饘袤w系。同拓?fù)浣^緣體類(lèi)似,拓?fù)浒虢饘俨牧弦泊嬖谑艿綄?duì)稱(chēng)性保護(hù)的能帶反轉(zhuǎn)情況,但與拓?fù)浣^緣體最根本的區(qū)別在于,拓?fù)浒虢饘俚捏w態(tài)不是絕緣的而是金屬性的,并且在費(fèi)米能級(jí)附近的能帶重疊區(qū)域呈現(xiàn)顯著的線性交叉特性。本項(xiàng)目重點(diǎn)關(guān)注節(jié)線拓?fù)浒虢饘?,主要原因在于?jié)線拓?fù)浒虢饘贀碛懈鼮樘厥獾碾娮咏Y(jié)構(gòu)。主要體現(xiàn)在,節(jié)線拓?fù)浒虢饘僦心軒Ы徊嫘纬傻牟辉偈橇憔S的節(jié)點(diǎn),而是一維的節(jié)線(可以看做是由一系列連續(xù)的Dirac或者Weyl點(diǎn)構(gòu)成)。由于其特殊的節(jié)線型能帶交叉,節(jié)線拓?fù)浒虢饘僬宫F(xiàn)許多新奇的物理特征,包括鼓膜狀的拓?fù)浔砻鎽B(tài),豐富的磁、電輸運(yùn)行為等。
02 成果簡(jiǎn)介
通過(guò)本項(xiàng)目的開(kāi)展,基于第一性原理計(jì)算和材料結(jié)構(gòu)搜索預(yù)測(cè),成功預(yù)言了一系列正交結(jié)構(gòu)Ti基雙元半金屬材料TiX2(X = S, Se 和 Te),尤其是其能帶結(jié)構(gòu)在費(fèi)米能級(jí)附近展示出了一個(gè)拓?fù)涔?jié)線環(huán)。對(duì)比以往報(bào)道的拓?fù)涔?jié)線材料,該體系中的拓?fù)涔?jié)線表現(xiàn)出了如下的優(yōu)越特性:1)費(fèi)米能帶附近能帶結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,只存在拓?fù)涔?jié)線相關(guān)能帶的交叉,其他部位存在很大的帶隙;2)對(duì)應(yīng)的拓?fù)涔?jié)線正好分布在費(fèi)米能級(jí)附近,對(duì)于后期實(shí)驗(yàn)觀測(cè)難度要求較??;3)只存在一個(gè)拓?fù)涔?jié)線環(huán),沒(méi)有其它額外拓?fù)湓?,有利于?jié)線環(huán)的相關(guān)屬性研究。如此理想的拓?fù)涮匦?,可以進(jìn)一步激發(fā)相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)和理論工作的開(kāi)展。最后,由于該材料體系還未經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)合成,我們通過(guò)計(jì)算研究了其穩(wěn)定性,尤其是通過(guò)鴻之微的DS-PAW軟件驗(yàn)證了其機(jī)械力學(xué)穩(wěn)定性,并提供了相應(yīng)的力學(xué)性能參數(shù),可為后期實(shí)驗(yàn)合成和應(yīng)用提供一定指導(dǎo)。

04 小結(jié)
本工作組基于第一性原理計(jì)算和材料結(jié)構(gòu)搜索預(yù)測(cè),預(yù)言了一系列正交結(jié)構(gòu)Ti基雙元半金屬材料TiX2(X = S, Se 和 Te),其能帶結(jié)構(gòu)在費(fèi)米能級(jí)附近展示出性質(zhì)十分理想的拓?fù)涔?jié)線環(huán)。通過(guò)計(jì)算研究了其穩(wěn)定性,尤其是通過(guò)DS-PAW軟件驗(yàn)證了其機(jī)械力學(xué)穩(wěn)定性,并提供了相應(yīng)的力學(xué)性能參數(shù),可為后期實(shí)驗(yàn)合成和應(yīng)用提供一定指導(dǎo)。
