Texas Instruments LM74681EVM評(píng)估模塊是允許用戶評(píng)估采用12引腳DRR封裝的LM74681理想二極管橋控制器。LM74681 100V理想的二極管橋控制器可驅(qū)動(dòng)MOSFET橋，在以太網(wǎng)供電（POE）應(yīng)用中實(shí)現(xiàn)高效的低損耗橋式整流器解決方案。TI LM74681EVM評(píng)估模塊可展示由LM74681驅(qū)動(dòng)的N溝道功率MOSFET如何模仿超低正向電壓二極管，并在POE應(yīng)用的檢測(cè)和分類階段幫助極性無(wú)關(guān)系統(tǒng)以極低的IQ 供電。
