快速啟動(dòng)
所需設(shè)備
要啟動(dòng)評(píng)估,需要以下設(shè)備:
- MAX22502E EV套件
- 5V、500mA的直流電源
- 80MHz信號(hào)/函數(shù)發(fā)生器
- 示波器
啟動(dòng)步驟
- 確保所有跳線處于默認(rèn)位置(參考表1)。
- 將直流電源設(shè)置為5V,連接到VCC測(cè)試點(diǎn),并將5V電源的接地端連接到GND測(cè)試點(diǎn)。
- 打開電源。
- 將信號(hào)/函數(shù)發(fā)生器設(shè)置為輸出30MHz、0 - 5V的方波。
- 將信號(hào)/函數(shù)發(fā)生器連接到DI測(cè)試點(diǎn)。
- 使用示波器驗(yàn)證Y、Z和RO輸出是否隨DI信號(hào)的切換而變化。
硬件詳細(xì)說明
供電方式
MAX22502E有VCC和VL兩個(gè)電源,允許設(shè)備與低至1.6V的邏輯信號(hào)接口。若要使用單電源操作,閉合J4跳線使VL連接到VCC(VL = 5V);若要使用與VCC電壓不同的邏輯電源,打開J4跳線,并將獨(dú)立的邏輯電源連接到VL測(cè)試點(diǎn)(TP6)。啟用預(yù)加重功能時(shí),要確保VCC = 5V;禁用預(yù)加重時(shí),可將3V到5V的電源電壓連接到VCC。
驅(qū)動(dòng)和接收器使能
套件有三個(gè)跳線(J3、J5和J8)用于啟用/禁用驅(qū)動(dòng)和接收器輸出。將J3設(shè)置為低(2 - 3)可啟用接收器,設(shè)置為高(1 - 2)可啟用驅(qū)動(dòng)。若要主動(dòng)控制兩個(gè)使能端,可移除J2和J3跳線并閉合J8,將DE和RE連接在一起。
預(yù)加重設(shè)置(僅MAX22502E)
MAX22502E集成了驅(qū)動(dòng)預(yù)加重電路,可在更高數(shù)據(jù)速率和更長(zhǎng)距離下實(shí)現(xiàn)可靠通信。通過在PSET和地之間連接電阻來設(shè)置預(yù)加重,套件中包含一個(gè)15kΩ電阻用于設(shè)置30Mbps數(shù)據(jù)速率的預(yù)加重。將開關(guān)(SW1)設(shè)置為ON位置可啟用預(yù)加重,設(shè)置為OFF位置可禁用預(yù)加重。禁用預(yù)加重并閉合J4跳線可實(shí)現(xiàn)與MAX22503E等效的功能性能。
環(huán)回配置
要在環(huán)回配置下測(cè)試MAX22502E,閉合J6和J15跳線。J6將A輸入連接到Y(jié)輸出,J15將B輸入連接到Z輸出。
終端電阻
套件在MAX22502E的Y和Z驅(qū)動(dòng)輸出之間(R6)以及A和B接收器輸入之間(R7)包含120Ω的終端電阻,用于端接線路收發(fā)器。
