介紹一種利用單片機與SJA100()組成的RS-232轉(zhuǎn)DeviceNet模塊。該模塊作為現(xiàn)場總線DeviceNet節(jié)點接口，一端連接在DeviceNet網(wǎng)絡(luò)中，另一端通過串口與其它設(shè)備相連，實現(xiàn)了串口數(shù)據(jù)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)之間的重組與轉(zhuǎn)換，完成了串口轉(zhuǎn)換為DeviceNet網(wǎng)絡(luò)的接口功能，使得不具備DeviceNet網(wǎng)絡(luò)接口的設(shè)備也可以很容易地通過串口連接到DeviceNet網(wǎng)絡(luò)中。通過典型應(yīng)用測試，論證了傳輸功能完全滿足DeviceNet網(wǎng)絡(luò)的實時性要求。

Abstract; A conversion module composed of single chip computer and SJA1000 is introduced. The conversion module from RS-232 to DeviceNet,
is a node interface of the DeviceNet. One end was connected with DeviceNet, and another was connected with other equipments through serial
port, so the recombination and conversion between serial data and network data were implemented. The interface function of conversion from serial
port into DeviceNet was fulfilled, thus the equipment without DeviceNet interface can be easily connected into DeviceNet through serial
port. The typical applied test shows that the transfer functions of the module meet the real time demands of DeviceNet.
